Nellore dosa

Ingredients :

For Dosa batter :

Raw rice : 1 cup

Urad dal :1/2 cup

Fenugreek seeds : 2

For mix :

Onion :2 

Garlic cloves :  10

Roasted chana dal :  1/2 cup

Salt : as required

Red chillies :5

Jeera : 1/2 teaspoon

Procedure :

1.Soak all the ingredients under Dosa batter for 5-6 hrs

2. Grind it to a smooth paste and keep it aside.

3.Take a mixie jar and add all the ingredients under “for mix” and grind it to a smooth paste.

4.Take a Dosa pan and put a paddle of batter and apply even onto the pan.

5.Once this is cooked for a while add the mix on the Dosa evenly.

6.Allow it to cook for a few minutes till it changes color.

7.Once this is done enjoy hot and spicy nellore Dosa.
