Raw Tomato pickle


Raw Tomato : 1/4 kg

Salt : as required

Turmeric powder :1/2 teaspoon

Fenugreek powder :1 teaspoon

Mustard powder : 2 table spoons

Red chilli powder : 4 table spoons

Oil : as required

Procedure :      

1.Cut raw tomatoes into medium size pcs.For fenugreek powder dry roast fenugreek seeds and roast them.
2.Add little salt to this and keep aside. 

3.After 15 mins,drain the excess water from tomatoes. Now add turmeric powder, fenugreek powder (menthi podi), mustard powder (Ava pindi),red chilli powder and salt as required. 

4.Mix well and add oil to this.Enjoy this with rice. 

***Use groundnut oil to add more taste***
