Mamidikai (Mango) mukkalu

Ingredients:

Raw Mangoes :2

Chilli powder : 2 tablespoons

Salt : as required

Mustard seeds :1/4 tablespoon

Asafoetida :a pinch

Oil:3 tablespoons

Fried Fenugreek powder : 1/4 tablespoon

Procedure:

1.Peel off the mangoes and cut them to small pieces.

 

2.Dry  roast the fenugreek seeds and grind it to a fine powder.

3.Add chilli powder,salt and fenugreek powder.

4.Take a kadai add oil.As the oil heats add the mustard seeds.Once the mustard splutter add asafoetida and add this to mango pieces.

5.Add some more oil if you feel pickle is dry and serve with hot rice👌👌👌.

*** Add a spoon of groundnut oil to add more taste***
